Activity in the ranks at KPMG Hong Kong
Khoon-Ming Ho has been appointed principal at KPMG Hong Kong, but will based in Beijing. Khoon Ming, who joined KPMG Hong Kong in 1995, specializes in PRC tax and business advisory services. He has extensive experience advising multinationals investing in China and Chinese companies listing overseas.
Mark Bowra has been appointed director at KPMG Hong Kong's Forensic Accounting practice. Bowra has been based in Hong Kong for the last 10 years and has conducted forensic accounting work throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has opined on quantum in litigation and arbitration matters and has managed small and large economic and money laundering investigations.
Paul Neal has been appointed director at KPMG Hong Kong where he will have responsibility for coordinating the company's learning and development initiatives in Hong Kong and on the Mainland. Neal, who joined KPMG in the UK in 1989 and been based in Hong Kong since 1994, has extensive experience in training and development.
Martin Thomas has been appointed director at KPMG Hong Kong. Thomas, who has been with KPMG Management Consulting since 1999, has experience in insurance and banking, with the last 10 years as a CEO of both property & casualty, and life & health companies. He is currently strategic adviser to the insurance consultancy practice.
