Wei Yen returns to Moody's
The doctor becomes a vice president and senior credit officer in the Asian Financial Institutions group.
Dr Wei Yen returns to Moody's after a five year stint at Lehman Brothers and more recently iSwtich Corporation, where he was CFO at the greater China eCommerce service provider.
At Lehman, he worked as a senior vice president in investment banking located in New York and then Hong Kong. While at Lehman, he worked in the credit department and was also a coverage officer for major PRC financial institutions.
Wei's first career with Moody's was in speculative grade ratings in New York from 1994 to 1996, where he was a senior analyst covering technology and chemical credits.
In his new assignment, he will be based in Hong Kong with responsibility for a portfolio of Chinese and Hong Kong banks.
