Jacques Kemp replaces Phil Shirriff as new CEO in the region.

ING announced yesterday the appointment of Jacques Kemp to the position of chief executive offer of the executive committee for Asia Pacific, with effect from April 1. Kemp, who has been on the committee since July 2002, replaces Phil Shirriff, who will retire in March.
