Coface appoints new Hong Kong general manager

Richard Burton has been appointed the new general manager for The Coface Group in Hong Kong, replacing Jeanne Le Roux. Jeanne has been promoted within Coface's head office in Paris. Burton relocates from Coface head office in Paris, where he was a part of the international development team for six years. It is expected that Richard will help build a firm platform for Coface's expansion plans in Hong Kong and Greater China.

The Coface group is a global export credit insurance and credit management agency, which has recently formed an alliance with TradeCard to provide payment assurance for TradeCard members. Coface has had a representative office in Hong Kong since 1996, and obtained a credit insurance licence to open a branch in March 1999.
