Clifford Chance appoints four

Law firm Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of four new consultants to its Hong Kong office.

Art McInnis works in the finance and litigation and dispute resolution groups. His main focus is on construction work.

Ariel Ye is China legal specialist with 12 years experience covering PRC related dispute resolution including dispute management, arbitration and litigation.

Ling Ho covers intellectual property with experience of both contentious and non-contentious disputes.

Amy Ho has 10 years experience advising international clients on a variety of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and joint-ventures.
