Allen & Overy adds partner to Tokyo office
Paul Cluley is appointed.
Law firm Allen & Overy has appointed Paul Cluley as a partner in its Tokyo office. An English qualified lawyer, Cluley transfers from the firm's London offices.
His principal expertise lies in structured finance transactions suchs as repackagings, CDO's, and retail offerings. However, he also has broader capital markets experience encompassing eurobonds, convertibles, project finance and capital markets aspects of restructurings.
Recent experience includes advising on repackaging programmes for Japanese convertible bonds and CLO's of Japanese-originated loan portfolios including the Ruby Funding transaction for UFJ Bank.
