Yang named Taiwan Ratings CEO
Eddy Yang replaces Chris Irwin.
Eddy Jenn-Long Yang has been named as the new president and CEO of Standard & Poor's Taiwan joint venture, replacing Chris Irwin who is returning to the group's New York office. Yang joins the group from JPMorgan where he was vice president and head of Taiwan trade sales.
He moved across to JPM from Bank One earlier this year, having spent a numer of years at the firm as its head of financial institutions and country head for Taiwan.
S&P believes that his hire will strengthen the group's capabilities in the local corporate bond and securitization markets.
