The National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzNIF), which serves as the primary vehicle for international institutional capital seeking exposure to Uzbekistan’s core economic champions, is advancing plans to transition six of its flagship state-owned portfolio companies to public equity markets over the next three years, leveraging a board transformation, capital reorganisation and energy sector tariff reforms following its landmark dual listing.
