Two new appointments for Allen & Overy

Ng has a wide range experience including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and CMT work both for listed and private companies. She joined the corporate practice of A&O from Slaughter and May in 1996 having been admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1992 and Hong Kong in 1994.

Chris Roberts, Regional Managing Partner comments,"Jane's promotion to the partnership is another boost to the ongoing success of our corporate and CMT practices in Hong Kong and Asia."

The appointment of Yarman Vachha to Director of finance and administration was also announced. This is one of the first non-legal promotions to director to occur within Allen & Overy and the first in Asia.

Roberts says this is significant, "as it illustrates the importance which the firm attaches to its key support functions both in the UK and overseas. This in turn relates directly to the quality of service the firm offers its clients."
