Two associates make Jones Day

Roger Ho and Jiang Ren join the HK practice.

Roger Ho and Jiang Ren have joined the Hong Kong practice of Jones Day as associates, in a move described by the law firm as enhancing its cross-border capital markets and M&A practices in the Greater China region.

She joins from Simmons & Simmons, where her practice focused on major projects and infrastructure-related foreign direct investment in positions in both Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Prior positions have also included a role in the German offices of Clifford Chance and before moving into the public space, posts in the department of treaties and law of the ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation, better known today as the ministry of commerce, in Beijing.
