Thomas Brown to head Allen & Overy Tokyo office

Law firm Allen & Overy has announced the appointment of Thomas Brown as a managing partner and head of its Tokyo office. Brown will move to Japan from A&O in Bangkok, where he headed the banking and projects team.Brown (pictured right) has had extensive experience throughout Asia with A&O, having previously acted as an associate in Tokyo between 1991 and 1993, a partner in the Hong Kong office from 1996, and then in Bangkok from 1999.
