Photos: 3rd Art of Asset Management conference

AsianInvestor hosted the third annual Art of Asset Management conference at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong on May 20.

The event comprised panel discussions on navigating regulatory requirements, multi-asset investments, business models in Asia Pacific, product innovation, fund passporting, mutual recognition, developments in distribution and Asian fund trends.

The topics covered included the types of funds best suited for the Hong Kong-China mutual recognition programme, technology, regulatory considerations for passporting schemes, the strategies being used by fund managers, distribution models, onshore access to China, and how fund managers can take advantage of the opportunities stemming from China-outbound investment.
