Paul Hastings adds to China litigation practice
Andrew Dale has been lured from rival firm Lovells to the Hong Kong offices of Paul Hastings to take up a position in its China litigation and dispute resolution practice. Upon making the move to Paul Hastings, Dale joins a division with lawyers on the ground in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
As part of the China litigation and dispute resolution practice, Dale will be involved in commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution from intellectual property ranging from intellectual property to insolvency issues. In total, he brings six years of practice experience in areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, product liability and contentious insolvency.;
Dale first arrived in Hong Kong in July 2001 at Lovells prior to starting his legal career in its London practice.
