New group head of research for Indosuez W.I. Carr securities

Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities appoints Wahid Butt as group head of research.

Wahid Butt, current head of Korean research, will be the new group head of research for the equity specialist arm of Credit Agricole in Asia. Butt, based in Seoul, retains his position as head of Korean research and will also be a member of IWICS's executive committee.

Butt has been with IWICS since 1994, and his experience includes stints as head of Pakistan research and head of capital goods sector research.
