Milbank brings on Bauerschmidt

Joe Bauerschmidt comes across to the international firm from Simpson Thacher to bolster its Asian capital markets practice.

Joe Bauerschmidt has arrived at the Hong Kong office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy as counsel in a move described by the international firm as strengthening its Asian capital markets practice. Gaining the US-trained lawyer's services from February 15, Milbank picks up a seasoned veteran with over seven years of Asian capital markets experience and a total of 13 years of global experience, including participation on more than 50 SEC registered deals.
