Lehman promotes Dr He to head of fixed income research

Managing director Dr Hua He is to gain fixed income research in addition to his current responsibilities heading up quantatitive research.

Dr He joined Lehman from Yale university where he was a professor of finance, a role he held previously at the university of California-Berkley. Dr He also holds a PHD from MIT. In addition to his academic credentials he has served as a managing director in Salomon Brother's fixed income arbitrage division and was a principal at convergence asset management.
