Lee moves from Goodman's to White & Case

Olivia S. Lee joins White & Case LLP as partner of the firm''s capital markets and securities regulatory practice in Asia.

Olivia S. Lee has joined global law firm White & Case LLP as partner of the firm's capital markets and securities regulatory practice in Hong Kong and across Asia.

Based in Hong Kong, Lee brings to the firm substantial experience on advising clients on a wide range of securities and corporate transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, public and private equity and debt financings, rights issues, private placements, debt and corporate restructurings, hostile and reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, licensing of securities firms and the establishment of investment funds.

Lee was previously the managing partner of Goodman, Phillips & Vineberg in Hong Kong.
