Lee and Hsieh join ABN AMRO

ABN AMRO has shown its determination to crack the Taiwanese technology market with the hiring of two new research analysts in its Taipei office. Ben Lee joins the Dutch firm as regional head of systems and components research and Arthur Hsieh has joined the firm's Taiwan equity research team as a technology analyst.

Lee joins from Nomura Securities where he spent 11 years covering Taiwanese tech stocks. Hsieh joins from Grand Cathay Securities where he was a technology analyst for four years. Commenting on the hires, Stewart Callaghan, ABN AMRO's Head of Asian Research said, "our ability to attract an analyst of Ben Lee's high calibre testifies to our market-leading position in Taiwan equities."
