ING Barings makes new high grade appointment

Back to banking for Green as he leaves behind the world of start-up companies.

ING Barings has announced the appointment of Andrew Green as a director within the high-grade origination business. Although he will be based in London, Green will be specifically responsible for coverage of medium term note issuers with particular focus on placement via ING in Tokyo.

Green will report directly to Stuart Baker, head of financial markets at ING Japan and will also have a reporting line to Mark Dunstan, head of high-grade origination at ING in Brussels, with whom he will work closely

The new post marks a return to the investment banking world for Green, having spent the last three years working with startup companies. Prior to that he had worked in new issues origination within the debt capital markets at Tokyo-Mitsubishi International and Nomura International.
