ING Barings further boosts Japanese financial markets team

ING Barings has made four more new appointments to their financial markets team in Tokyo.

Tetsuya Akagi joins the derivative desk as a senior trader. He is the former head of yen interest rate trading at Toronto Dominion Securities. Prior to that, Akagi worked with Lehman Brothers in Tokyo.

Keigo Ito joins the derivatives desk as the interest rate options trader and will be responsible for building ING Barings' interest rate derivatives business with institutional clients. Ito was formerly at Tokai Capital where he was responsible for trading structured products.

Kazuhiko Moriya and Shinya Yamasaki have joined the capital markets sales team, and will focus on selling structured products and a variety of fixed income products to local institutional investors. Moriya joins in a senior sales role from Chase Securities, and Yamasaki joins ING Barings from Daiichi F&M.
