Indosuez WI Carr boosts Taiwan research
The French-owned, Asian focused equity firm, Indosuez WI Carr Securities, has announced the hiring of four new staff to its fast growing Taiwan office.
Ralph Dixon joins from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DKW) where he ran the firm's equities business in Taiwan. He joins Indosuez as head of equity product and will run the enlarged equities team in the Taipei office.
Coming from DKW with Dixon is Yoon Leong who is joining in the role of senior downstream technology analyst. Leong has been covering the Asian tech sector for seven years.
James Carroll joins as the regional foundry analyst and Taiwan strategist. Carroll was formerly head of Taiwan research at ABN AMRO Taiwan, covering the technology and financial sectors. He has lived inTaiwan for nine years.
The last new member of staff is David Liu who joins Indosuez as a senior sales trader from Merrill Lynch.
