Iles takes up general manager post at NDS

News corporation NDS has appointed Peter Iles general manager for Australia and New Zealand.

NDS Group, a news corporation, has appointed Peter Iles general manager of NDS for Australia and New Zealand. Iles will be based in Sydney, where he will oversee sales and technical support activities.

Iles has more than 10 years' experience in the subscription TV industry, with a particular focus on conditional access systems.

"The experience that Mr. Iles brings to NDS Australian operation will be invaluable," says Sue Taylor, vice-president of NDS Asia Pacific Ltd.
