HSBC poaches from JPMorgan cash
HSBC is once again boosting its cash management team with the hiring of three new people - all of them from JPMorgan. Michelle Chuang becomes programme manager, Dickson Lee assumes the role of product manager collections and Ann Lin Khoo is made assistant product manager payments.
In her role as programme manager, Chuang will be responsible for directing and implementing strategic programmes for HSBC across Asia. Her former role at JPMorgan was in clearing, handling the Greater China market.
Chuang has worked in Asia and in New York. Her previous positions have included a Six Sigma Black Belt and a foreign exchange product specialist.
Dickson Lee also has experience in implementation. His last job at JPMorgan involved handling the execution of cash management solutions for clients around the region.
Lee has been a cash management banker for seven years, covering the spheres of IT, technical implementation and business implementation. He holds a masters in engineering from Imperial College, University of London.
Finally, Ann Lin Khoo will focus on the payment side of HSBC's product offering. She was previously a client service officer with JPMorgan in Singapore where she serviced clients in the multinational corporation and non-bank financial institutions spaces.
Prior to that, she worked as a business analyst for credit markets at JPMorgan and as an auditor in Arthur Andersen's assurance and business advisory unit. She holds double bachelor degrees in banking and finance and accounting from Monash University in Australia.
