E-finance software provider S1 Corporation appoints CEO

S1 Corporation, an e-finance technology provider, has appointed Stephen Pardue as CEO for its Asia Pacific operations. In addition to overseeing the corporate development of the company's Asia Pacific operations, Pardue will be involved in developing the S1 Open eFinance Architecture, which is an internet-based platform providing financial architecture for retail and corporate banks, brokerage firms and insurance companies. S1 Corporation products include global payments, procurement, collections and accounting software and services.

Prior to this position, Pardue was senior vice president for strategic development at S1 Corporation's Atlanta headquarters. There, Pardue was responsible for identifying, establishing a managing strategic relationships with hardware, software and service providers. Before joining, S1 Corporation, Pardue was vice president of payment systems and market development for Visa International and Visa Interactive. Collectively, Pardue has over 20 years in systems, product and market development of financial services technology.
