Deutsche hires Taiwan equity sales director
Tom Lin joins from Lehman.
Deutsche Bank has appointed Tom Lin as the firm&'s equity sales specialist in Taiwan. Based in Taipei, Lin will report to Alex Lee, Deutsche's head of global equities, Taiwan.
Lin was previously head of equity sales at Lehman's Taiwan office. Prior to that he worked with Merrill in Hong Kong.
Commenting on the new appointment Lee says, "The development of our Taiwan equities business is a strategic priority for Deutsche Bank's global equities business in Asia. The progress made in the developing the business is well reflected in our rankings amongst foreign brokers. The addition of Tom Lin to the team in Taipei adds further depth to our already dynamic business."
