Bartlett moves to Bank of America
Bank of America Australia has appointed Paul Bartlett as managing director and country executive officer in charge of its Australian and New Zealand operations. As part of his new posting, Bartlett will also join the bank's Asian leadership management team.
He will be based in the firm's Sydney office and report directly to Asian regional president Colm McCarthy. He arrives at BoA from ANZ, where has spent the past two years also based in Sydney.
But the majority of his experience has been clocked up at JPMorgan and before that Chase. During the last three years of his 15-year tenure, he was based in Hong Kong as co-head of DCM focusing on the syndicated loan market.
In new role, Bartlett replaces John Liles who relocated to Bank of America's Singapore offices in May to become head of DCM in Asia.
