Barclays head of Asian FIG resigns

Raj Shourie departs along with one of his FIG colleagues.

FinanceAsia understands that Raj Shourie, the Singapore-based head of Barclays Capital's Financial Institutions Group for Asia has resigned. One other member of the group he has been in charge of since last May has also handed in their notice.

Shourie is currently on gardening leave as the market awaits news of his next move.
