Bain & Company appoints new Asian MD

International consulting firm Bain & Company has announced the appointment of Allen Merrill as a managing director to lead the firm’s financial services practice in Asia. Merrill joins from AT Kearney, where he led the global financial institutions group and worked for clients across Asia.

Based in Singapore for the last six years, Merrill has twenty years of experience in global consulting and financial advisory services, with expertise in business strategy and organization, mergers and restructurings, and operational improvement.
