Aham back in Asia

SSGAÆs Brad Aham moves to Hong Kong

Brad Aham, senior portfolio manager at State Street Global Advisors, the investment management arm of State Street Corporation, is returning to Asia. Aham worked with SSGA's emerging markets team in Seoul, South Korea, where he also consulted with an affiliated local investment advisory firm.

Now he is in Hong Kong, still involved with SSGA's emerging markets team. He will continue to report to George Hoguet, the team's head, in developing emerging markets strategy.

This includes quantitative and qualitative research on Asian companies. Aham will also help develop the firm's active equities business among Asian clients.

Vincent Duhamel, CEO at SSGA's Hong Kong office says, "Asia is one of the fastest growing markets of the world economy. China in particular has a very large growth potential. Transferring Brad to the Hong Kong office places him in closer contact with our clients so as to present them with opportunities for beneficial exposure to these markets."
