ABN Amro appoints new head of agency portfolio trading, Asia Pacific

Jason Barrow has been appointed regional head of agency portfolio trading for Asia Pacific for ABN Amro.

Barrow joins ABN Amro from DLJ, where he was a senior international portfolio trader for the past two years. Prior to DLJ, Barrow spent 10 years at UBS in a variety of trading roles.

Barrow will be based in Hong Kong and will report to David Marshall, head of agency global portfolio trading in London, and Mike Ackers, regional head of trading and sales trading in Hong Kong. Barrow will be responsible for the portfolio trading team's regional hub in Asia Pacific and for its expansion strategies.
