Valenzuela joins BarCap in key equities distribution role
Barclays Capital strengthens its equities distribution capabilities in the region by adding veteran banker Adrian Valenzuela.
Barclays Capital yesterday announced that Adrian Valenzuela has started work at the bank as head of equities liquid markets distribution for Asia-Pacific. Valenzuela joins BarCap at the level of managing director and will be based in Hong Kong. He will report to Richard Cunningham, head of equities distribution; Philippe El-Asmar, head of distribution for Asia-Pacific; and Siggi Thorkelsson, head of equities for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and Asia-Pacific.
