Cerulli's Asia head exits for UK research firm
The Asia-Pacific managing director and head of research at asset management and distribution research firm Cerulli Associates has resigned to pursue another opportunity.
Ng Sze Yoon confirmed that she wil leave the firm at the end of January. She is joining a UK-based research firm and helping to set up its Asia office in Singapore.
Cerulli hasn’t announced a successor, but it is thought likely it will promote someone internally. The firm declined to comment.
Ng was appointed Asia-Pacific managing director in 2014, responsible for planning and expanding Cerulli’s regional research publications. She took over from Ken Yap, who remained with the firm as a senior analyst.
She has taken on diverse roles in her time at the firm, including spending five years in London to help establish Cerulli’s European research presence before returning to the Asia office in 2014.
